I was referred to Darrel through my physiotherapist to help me recover from an L5-S1 disc hernia surgery and deal with my right hip labral tear.   Starting personal training with Darrel was the best decision I took to improve my overall health and strength.


Darrel tailored the training program to my needs and continuously reassessed and amended the exercises depending on how I was improving and the symptoms I was experiencing.


I did have ups and downs in my health status throughout our training, but Darrel always remained understanding, very patient, and never pushed me over what I
could handle at that moment.
 
With my back, hip, and pelvis issues, my concern was if I will be able to carry pregnancy weight when I decided to get pregnant. I am very pleased to say that with
all the core strengthening and building that we worked on together, not only was I able to carry pregnancy weight, but I was able to be fully functional and with no
sciatica throughout my full pregnancy!
 
I definitely would not have been that healthy and functional without Darrel and his
expertise!
